Linda J. Colwell
Upon retirement from the Canadian Armed Forces, Linda decided the best way to continue to serve was to become a volunteer. Since becoming CCO’s volunteer Executive Director, she has implemented a number of initiatives aimed at ensuring the organization stays focused on its ministry and service and is attuned to finding the resources and efficiencies needed to ensure longer term sustainability. In addition to her work with CCO, she uses her knowledge of governance, her experience and her energy as she serves on a number of charities and not-for-profits’ Boards of Directors. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Mount Allison University and a Masters of Business Administration from Western. Linda lives her commitment to Christ and over the years has applied her leadership and management skills to support the Christian Community in many ways.
Karen is our Intake Coordinator. She is usually the front line for new clients and handles the administrative and subsidy processes at CCO. Karen received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland and her MBA from University of Ottawa. After retiring from a career in the finance industry several years ago, Karen is enjoying working part-time in an environment that strengthens her Christian faith and makes a difference in the lives of people in her community.
Following graduation from Bible College, Kerri has spent the last 30+ years serving in different churches in Family Ministries. Along the way she has acquired administrative and finance skills that make Bookkeeping at CCO a great fit. She counts it a privilege to work with this great team who are supporting the community with care and compassion.
